Processing Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to follow your package in real time.

Please note that local couriers may experience delays during peak periods (such as holidays or Q4), which can occasionally extend delivery times.

Shipping Method and Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our main fulfillment center in China.
We use YunExpress as our international logistics partner.
For U.S. customers, final delivery is handled by UPS, ensuring fast and reliable service with full tracking.

Each order includes online tracking to monitor your shipment status.

Freight Information

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
In some cases, standard shipping may be free — this will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer, depending on local import regulations.

Responsibility During Shipping

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Please check your shipping address carefully; any errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing your order.
